Februari 2010 Reinier Bax advised Keesing Media Group B.V. in relation to the sale of Keesing Reference Systems, a specialist provider of verification tools and solutions that allow international organisations to authenticate ID documents and banknote. Keesing Reference Systems was sold to Hologram . Industries S.A., which is a Paris listed company, active in the same field.
February 2010 Reinier Bax advised the shareholders of Adrime, an advanced rich media technology company in the sale of Adrime to Weborama S.A., the European digital advertising leader that is listed on the stockexchange in Paris.

February 2008 WPP Group Plc (a company listed in London and New York, active in the field of marketing communications) acquired through its wholly owned subsidiary GroupM B.V. 75% of the shares in LaComunidad Interactive & Event Marketing B.V. LaComunidad is a leading Dutch interactive agency who specialises in viral and social media campaigns. Clients include Univé, Colgate Palmolive, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Heineken and Wilkinson. January 2008 During the year 2007 and in January 2008 Van Dijk Educatie which is the largest supplier of study books in the Netherlands acquired several businesses. Reinier Bax acted for Van Dijk Educatie in relation to each of these acquisitions.
December 2007 Telegraaf Media Groep N.V. has acquired a 70% interest in WebRegio Media, publisher of, among others, the online news platform WebRegio.nl. Reinier Bax acted for Telegraaf. Further information is also found on www.tmg.nl.
October 2007 Caspar Wenckebach succesfully ligitated on behalf of Getronics and Cisco in relation to infringements of intellectual property rights.
